Registration fees

The registration fee includes access to the scientific sessions, all the lunches, coffee breaks, two dinners as well as meeting materials.

Please note, registration will not be processed without accompanying payment of fees.

• Credit card payment by FAX.

Cancellations are only accepted in written form by e-mail or letter. Cancellations received before 15 February 2009 will receive a full refund, less an administration charge of 25 Euro. Thereafter refunds will not be available. However, you may nominate a substitute participant without additional cost until 30 March 2009.

Cancellation charges for accommodation: To avoid cancellation costs you must cancel your reservation at least 6 weeks before arrival, otherwise you will be charged for total number of nights booked. This rule applies also for no shows, late arrivals and early departures.
